At Card Verse, all sales are handled with transparency and care. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales final on Trading Cards

All trading card sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted due to buyer’s remorse, condition expectations, centering, surface, corners, edges, or perceived grading potential.

Card condition is subjective; please review all photos and descriptions prior to purchase.
Eligible Returns - Exceptions
Returns will only be considered if:

You receive an incorrect item, or
-
Your item arrives damaged during transit
In these cases:

You must contact Card Verse within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required.

Approved returns must be sent back in the original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Opened packs, boxes, or cases

Cards pulled from live breaks or group breaks

Digital goods or services

Grading submissions or card evaluation services

Items marked Final Sale
Live Breaks and Streaming Sales

All sales from live breaks, streams, and rip-and-ship events are final.

No refunds will be issued for teams, spots, or random assignments once the break begins.

Cards ship as pulled.
Refund Process

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Shipping Errors and Address Issues

Card Verse is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks and Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or permanent bans from future purchases.

All shipments are documented for fraud prevention.
