Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays, live breaks), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We primarily ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size, value, and destination.

  • Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout or clearly stated on the product listing.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Packaging and Protection

We ship with collectors in mind:

  • Cards are secured in penny sleeves, top loaders, semi-rigids, or magnetic holders when applicable.

  • Items are protected with cardboard, bubble mailers, or boxes to prevent damage.

  • High-value cards may require signature confirmation for added security.

Domestic Shipping - U.S.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by carrier but generally range from 2–7 business days after shipment.

  • Card Verse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.

  • Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or listed on the product page.

  • Combined shipping may be available for multiple items—please contact us prior to purchase if applicable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • We may request photos of packaging and contents to assist with claims.

  • Card Verse is not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier but stolen after delivery.

Address Accuracy

  • Card Verse is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
